Product Care and Regular Uses
Product:
Barefoot Pavers are handcrafted, and as such, they naturally feature variations in color and texture. Single samples are indicative of the general color and texture, but we cannot guarantee a perfect match in every paver. Darker-colored pavers, such as Slate or Blonde, age distinctly from lighter ones. Factors like UV sunlight, acid rain, and pool chemicals can accentuate the fading process. If you're placing a follow-up order, please understand that we can't assure an exact match in color or texture from your previous order.
Please note, Barefoot Pavers does not provide guarantees for takeoffs, nor are explicit or implicit warranties provided.
Ordering and Payment:
A signed Sales Order along with signed Terms and Conditions are prerequisites for confirming your order. We require a 50% deposit of the total invoice, which you can pay via check or credit card. Upon your receipt of our order completion notification, we request the final payment to be made within 10 days from the date of notification. Please finalize your order carefully, as no cancellations or changes can be made after 10 days from the receipt of your deposit. If you need an order expedited and we can accommodate the request, we kindly ask for 100% payment upfront. Feel free to inquire about the production time - we're more than happy to share this information! All orders at Barefoot Pavers are crafted specifically for each job. We don't maintain surplus inventory beyond what's been ordered. All cancellations or returns will be subject to a 50% restocking fee following an inspection of the returned goods. Please be aware that prices may fluctuate and can change without prior notice.
Shipping:
After receiving the final payment, we'll send a request for shipping instructions to the contact mentioned on your order form. Your order will be dispatched within 10 days of receiving these instructions. Please note that requests for delayed shipping might result in additional storage fees. Make sure you have a forklift with a capacity of 5,000 pounds on site to offload the products. Our delivery trucks do not come equipped with forklifts, and freight drivers aren't responsible for offloading the products. Please inform us if a lift-gate trailer is needed for delivery. Barefoot Pavers cannot be held liable for any product damage once it's been collected by the transportation company. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon delivery to ensure everything arrived in good condition.
Warranties:
Pavers from Barefoot Pavers or its authorized distributor. Barefoot Pavers warrants to Buyer that the Pavers purchased from Barefoot Pavers or its authorized distributor will be (a) delivered in the amount ordered; and (b) delivered free from material defects in materials. The term of this express limited warranty begins on the date that Buyer purchases the Pavers from Barefoot Pavers or its authorized distributor and ends thirty (30) calendar days thereafter. To obtain coverage under this express limited warranty, Buyer must notify Barefoot Pavers in writing through email or traditional mail of any shortage of material, or of any material defect in material, within thirty (30) calendar days of purchasing the Pavers from Barefoot Pavers or its authorized distributor. Barefoot Pavers’s sole obligation under this express limited warranty shall be, at Barefoot Pavers’s option, to either (a) replace the Pavers that contain a material defect; or (b) refund the pro rata purchase price paid for the Pavers that contain a material defect. Labor charges or indirect charges for replacement of the Pavers will be the responsibility of Buyer. All Pavers that are replaced become the property of Barefoot Pavers.
