Product: Barefoot Pavers are handcrafted, and as such, they naturally feature  variations in color and texture. Single samples are indicative of the general color and texture, but we cannot guarantee a perfect match in every paver. Darker colored pavers, such as Slate or Blonde, age distinctly from lighter ones. Factors like UV sunlight, acid rain, and pool chemicals can accentuate the fading process.

Payment: A signed Sales Order along with signed Terms and Conditions are prerequisites for confirming your order. We require a 50% deposit  of the total invoice, which you can pay via check or credit card. Upon your receipt  of our order completion notification, we request the final payment to be made within 10 days from the date of notification. Please finalize your order carefully, as no cancellations or changes can be made after 10 days from the receipt of your deposit. If you need an order expedited and we can accommodate the request, we 
kindly ask for 100% payment upfront. Feel free to inquire about the production time - we're more than happy to share this information! All orders at Barefoot Pavers are crafted specifically for each job. We don't maintain surplus inventory beyond what's been ordered. All cancellations or returns will be subject to a 50% restocking fee following an inspection of the returned goods.  Please be aware that prices may fluctuate and can change without prior notice. 

Shipping: After receiving the final payment, we'll send a request for shipping instructions to the contact mentioned on your order form. Your order will be dispatched within 10 days of receiving these instructions.  Please note that requests for delayed shipping might result in additional storage fees. Make sure you have a forklift with a capacity of 5,000 pounds on site to  3444 Hayneville Road, Montgomery, AL 36108 (334) 694-0130 – sales@barefootpavers.com offload the products. Our delivery trucks do not come equipped with forklifts, and 
freight drivers aren't responsible for offloading the products. Please inform us if a lift-gate trailer is needed for delivery. Barefoot Pavers cannot be held liable for any product damage once it's been collected by the transportation company. Please check your shipment thoroughly upon delivery to ensure everything arrived in good condition.
